Anti-FPRL1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this polyclonal rabbit antibody recognises FPRL1 and is supplied unconjugated and lyophilised. Raised in rabbit as an IgG reagent, it is reactive with human samples and is intended for use in Western blotting (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FC) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues of the second extracellular loop of human FPRL1, conjugated with KLH for immunisation. The antibody is purified by Protein G affinity chromatography and is formulated in 0.01M phosphate buffered saline at pH 7.2.

The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery for storage at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Reconstitution is performed using double distilled water.
