Anti-FPRL1 Antibody [3D7]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal (3D7) antibody recognises formyl peptide receptor-like 1 (FPRL1) and is validated for ELISA and WB applications. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG1 isotype, and reacts with human samples.

It was raised against a short peptide corresponding to amino acids on the 2nd extracellular loop of human FPRL1, conjugated with KLH for immunisation, and specifically recognises the peptide sequence ASWGGTPEERLKC from that region as well as intact human FPRL1. The product is supplied lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.2, with purification by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The concentration is reconstitution dependent; the reagent should be reconstituted with double distilled water. It is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
