Anti-FPR1 (I207) Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is directed against the N-formyl peptide receptor FPR1 (also known as fMLP receptor or N-formyl peptide receptor), a chemotactic G protein-coupled receptor involved in leukocyte chemotaxis and inflammatory signaling. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues 207–252 of human FPR1, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of the protein in Western blot applications. The antibody is supplied as 50 µl of liquid at a working concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol (pH 7.2), shipped from St. Louis, MO, with an unconjugated format that leaves it ready for standard HRP- or fluorophore-based detection workflows depending on the secondary reagent chosen. The host is rabbit, clonality is polyclonal with an IgG isotype, and the conjugate is unconjugated. Reactivity has been validated in human, mouse and rat samples, with a recommended starting dilution of 1:500–1:1000 for Western blot using lysates such as Jurkat, Raw264.7 and PC12 cells as positive controls.
