FOXQ1, a forkhead-box transcription factor implicated in epithelial-mesenchymal transition and tumor progression, can be detected in human and mouse samples using the Antibodies.com rabbit polyclonal antibody. Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the unconjugated reagent is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot and is suited to studies in colorectal, breast, gastric, and hepatocellular carcinoma models, as well as in hair follicle and mucin biology.
Raised in rabbit, the polyclonal format offers broad epitope coverage useful for probing post-translational modifications or splice variants of FOXQ1. Researchers investigating chemoresistance, metastatic signaling, and EMT pathways rely on FOXQ1 expression data from tumor sections and cell lysates, where this reagent can be paired with HRP-, biotin-, or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies selected by the user.
The unconjugated format integrates cleanly into existing immunostaining and immunoblotting pipelines, and the 100 µl volume supports multiple optimization runs before scaling to larger experimental cohorts.
