Anti-FOXP3 Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against FOXP3 and validated for Western blot. The reagent is a polyclonal IgG, unconjugated, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 206-300 of human FOXP3 (NP_054728.2). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended dilution for Western blot is 1:100-1:500.
