Anti-FOXP2 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this research-grade polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the forkhead box transcription factor FOXP2 (also known as CAGH44, SPCH1, TNRC10, and Trinucleotide repeat-containing gene 10 protein). The antibody was generated using a recombinant human FOXP2 immunogen and subsequently purified by affinity chromatography, yielding an IgG preparation supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Each vial contains 50 µL of unconjugated antibody and is shipped on cold packs; for long-term use, aliquots should be stored at -20 °C and protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and has been shown to detect endogenous levels of total FOXP2 protein in samples derived from human, mouse, and rat origin.
