Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent binds FOXP1 (Forkhead box protein P1), a FOX family transcription factor involved in B-cell development, monocyte differentiation, cardiac morphogenesis, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence on human samples, the antibody is supplied as a 100 µl volume and is compatible with standard chemiluminescent and fluorescent detection workflows. The polyclonal format recognizes multiple epitopes across the FOXP1 protein, which is helpful when probing full-length expression or confirming results obtained with monoclonal reagents.

Antibodies.com offers this primary antibody for research use only in studies of MALT lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, where FOXP1 is frequently overexpressed or translocated, as well as in neural tissue and induced pluripotent stem cell-derived models relevant to FOXP1 syndrome. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies for both Western blot band detection and immunofluorescence imaging of FOXP1 localization in cultured cells and tissue sections.
