Description
Offered by Antibodies.com, this unconjugated IgG primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against FOXP1 and reactive with human samples. Validated applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF).
The immunogen is recombinant full length human FOXP1, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of FOXP1 protein. It is supplied at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with a target molecular weight of ~75 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
