Anti-FoxO4 (phospho-T451) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FoxO4 around the phosphorylation site of threonine 451. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with human and mouse samples.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. FoxO4 is detected at molecular weights of approximately 55 and 70 kDa.
