Anti-FoxO4 (phospho-S197) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against FoxO4 phosphorylated at Serine 197 and supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FoxO4 around the Serine 197 phosphorylation site. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO4 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser197, and recognises bands at approximately 55 and 70 kDa.

Validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Two scientific images are available.
