Anti-FoxO4 (P191) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets FoxO4 (P191) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated.

The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 172-215 of Human FoxO4, and specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO4 protein. The expected molecular weight is approximately 55 and 70 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Two scientific validation images are referenced.
