Anti-FoxO4 (K447) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the Forkhead box O4 (FoxO4) transcription factor and specifically targets the K447 residue, enabling detection of the endogenous protein in whole-cell lysates and fixed-cell preparations. It is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, in an unconjugated format that leaves both fluorophore and enzyme labels open for downstream assay design.
