Anti-FOXO4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, classified as a Primary Antibody, is directed against FOXO4 (also known as AFX). The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of 65 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is supported by 5 scientific validation images, including Western blot analysis of extracts from various cell lines and immunofluorescence staining of HeLa, NIH/3T3 and PC-12 cells, with DAPI used to visualise cell nuclei.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 230–341 of human FOXO4 (NP_005929.2). The antibody is purified by affinity chromatography and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and upon delivery should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:1,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200.
