Anti-FoxO3A (phospho-S253) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, offered by Antibodies.com, is raised against FoxO3A phosphorylated at Serine 253. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FOXO3A surrounding the Ser253 phosphorylation site, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO3A only when phosphorylated at this residue.

The antibody is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at pH 7.2, and recognises a target with a molecular weight of around 97 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
