Anti-FoxO3A (phospho-S253) Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, that targets FoxO3A phosphorylated at Serine 253. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), and has been shown to react with Human and Mouse samples. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FOXO3A around the phosphorylation site of Serine 253, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO3A protein when phosphorylated at Ser253. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 97 kDa.
