Anti-FOXO3 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody recognises FOXO3 and is supplied as an unconjugated liquid preparation. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–156 of mouse FOXO3A (NP_062714.1), and the reagent is affinity purified.

Validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence on Human, Mouse and Rat samples, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The observed molecular weight is 80–90 kDa.

Formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody is supplied at a lot-specific concentration. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
