Anti-FOXO1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets FOXO1 (forkhead box O1), a transcription factor widely studied in insulin signalling, metabolism and cell-cycle research. The antibody is provided as an unconjugated, antigen affinity-purified IgG preparation supplied in 100 µl at 1.9 mg/ml in a pH 7.3 PBS buffer containing 0.05% NaN3 and 50% glycerol, and is intended for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region derived from internal residues of human FOXO1, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of total FOXO1 protein. Cross-reactivity has been validated in human, mouse and rat samples, making the reagent suitable for comparative studies across these species.
