Anti-FoxO1 / 3 (Phospho-Ser322 / Ser325) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FoxO1 / 3 phosphorylated at Ser322 / Ser325. It has been validated for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA, and 50% glycerol.

The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, a synthesized peptide derived from human FoxO1 / 3 around the phosphorylation site of S322 / S325. It specifically detects endogenous levels of FoxO1 / 3 protein only when phosphorylated at S322 / S325. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The protein target is FoxO1.
