Anti-FoxO1/3/4 (phospho-T24/32) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FoxO1/3/4 phosphorylated at threonine 24/32 and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). The unconjugated reagent was generated in rabbit and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

Specificity is directed at endogenous levels of FoxO1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr24, with additional detection of endogenous FoxO3 and FoxO4 when phosphorylated at Thr32. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human FoxO1 surrounding the threonine 24 phosphorylation site.

The antibody is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, pH ~7.2, and corresponds to a molecular weight of approximately 70–82 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity exceeding 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
