A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and affinity-purified to recognize the phosphorylated threonine residues T24 of FoxO1 and the analogous T32 site on FoxO3 and FoxO4. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated IgG preparation at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, packaged in a 100 µl vial. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been tested on human, mouse, and rat samples, making it appropriate for studying AKT-dependent phosphorylation of Forkhead box O transcription factors in fixed tissue sections. Phospho-specific recognition of the T24/T32 motif supports work on insulin signaling, growth factor cascades, and oxidative stress responses, where threonine phosphorylation drives FoxO nuclear export and degradation. The sodium azide-containing buffer formulation is compatible with standard chromogenic and fluorescence immunohistochemistry workflows, while the unconjugated format allows secondary antibody pairing tailored to specific detection chemistries.
