Anti-FOXO1 / 3 / 4-pan (Phospho-Thr24 / 32) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FOXO1 / 3 / 4-pan, specifically recognising the phosphorylated form at threonine 24 / 32. The reagent is unconjugated and is validated for Western blotting on human and mouse samples.

According to the manufacturer's product specification, the antibody was generated by immunising rabbits with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to the sequence surrounding the threonine 24 / 32 phosphorylation site of human FOXO1 / 3 / 4-pan (S-C-T(p)-W-P), conjugated to KLH. Affinity chromatography against the epitope-specific phosphopeptide was used for purification, and non-phospho-specific antibodies were removed by chromatography against the corresponding non-phosphopeptide. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It detects endogenous levels of FOXO1 / 3 / 4-pan only when phosphorylated at threonine 24 / 32.

For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:1000 is given. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
