FOXM1 (Forkhead box protein M1) is a transcriptional activator of the forkhead/winged-helix family that governs mitotic entry, spindle assembly, and cytokinesis in proliferating cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com recognizes the human, mouse, and rat orthologs of this central regulator of the G1/S and G2/M cell-cycle transitions.

Validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, the 100 µl antibody format lets laboratories probe pathway activity, mitotic index, and chemotherapeutic response in models of hepatocellular carcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, glioblastoma, and other FOXM1-amplified tumors. Developmental biology studies on stem-cell self-renewal, hepatocyte regeneration, and pulmonary homeostasis, where Foxm1 drives progenitor expansion, also rely on this reagent.

Because the reagent is polyclonal, it offers broader epitope coverage that tolerates minor sequence variation between species, an advantage when probing conserved regions across human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format gives full flexibility over secondary antibody choice and detection chemistry in chromogenic IHC, immunofluorescence, or chemiluminescent western blot workflows.
