FOXM1 (Forkhead box protein M1) is a FOX-family transcription factor that drives G2/M cell-cycle progression, mitotic spindle assembly, and the DNA-damage response, and it is frequently overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast carcinoma, and glioblastoma where it supports proliferation and therapy resistance. The Anti-FOXM1 Antibody from Antibodies.com is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against this transcription factor and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry across human, mouse, and rat samples.
Supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the antibody is suitable for storage at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw exposure. It supports studies in cell-line and xenograft tumour models as well as primary tissue sections, where FOXM1 expression is being investigated as a proliferation marker and a candidate therapeutic target in oncology and regenerative-biology research.
