Anti-FOXK1 Antibody

The catalogue entry reports reactivity with human and mouse samples, while the manufacturer's datasheet specifies reactivity with human samples only. The antibody, also referred to as FOXK1/MNF, was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 434–733 of human FOXK1 (NP_001032242.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 105 kDa. The reagent is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. It is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The manufacturer recommends a Western blot dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.
