Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the forkhead box transcription factors FoxC1 and FoxC2 and is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL in the 50 µl pack size. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human FoxC1 / 2 and isolated from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, yielding an IgG isotype preparation delivered unconjugated in a liquid buffer of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. Validated across a broad panel of immunoassays, including ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the reagent shows confirmed reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, allowing cross-species studies of forkhead-related transcriptional regulation.
