Anti-FOSL2 (S301) Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against the FOSL2 protein and recognises the region around residue S301. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) work.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 270–320 of human FOSL2, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of FOSL2 protein. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a manufacturer-reported purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 42 kDa. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Reactivity has been demonstrated with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the product is supported by two scientific validation images.
