Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against FOSL2, available from Antibodies.com. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It specifically detects endogenous levels of FOSL2 protein and recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa.
The immunogen used to generate this polyclonal antibody was recombinant full-length Human FOSL2, and the host species is Rabbit.
