Anti-FOSL2 Antibody

FOSL2 (Fos-like antigen 2, also known as FRA-2) is a member of the AP-1 family of transcription factors that dimerizes with JUN partners to regulate downstream gene expression programs in immune, fibroblastic, and malignant cell contexts.

This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against FOSL2 and is validated for western blot detection of the endogenous protein in lysates prepared from human, mouse, and rat cells and tissues.

The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a 100 µl volume in a vial-format aliquot. To preserve activity, store at -20°C and aliquot on receipt to limit freeze-thaw cycles; working aliquots should be kept on ice for short-term use.

FOSL2 has been studied in Th17 cell differentiation, in extracellular matrix remodeling associated with systemic sclerosis, and as a driver of oncogenic programs in breast and colorectal carcinoma, so this reagent is suited to research in immunology, fibrosis, and cancer biology.
