FOSL2 (Fos-like antigen 2) is a leucine zipper transcription factor that dimerizes with JUN family partners to form AP-1 complexes, regulating genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and immune signaling. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com detects endogenous FOSL2 in human, mouse, and rat samples using western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows. Each vial contains 200 µl of liquid antiserum suitable for probing transcription factor expression in fixed tissue sections and cultured cell preparations. The antibody is validated for multiple research applications including AP-1 pathway studies, oncogenesis research, and investigations of bone and immune cell differentiation.
