Anti-FOS (phospho T232) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent from Antibodies.com that selectively detects endogenous FOS only when phosphorylated at threonine 232 (Thr232), the modification installed by ERK/MAPK signaling on the AP-1 transcription factor subunit. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide covering amino acids 201-250 of human FOS, a design that delivers broader epitope coverage around the phospho-residue than a monoclonal approach typically achieves and supports discrimination between active phospho-FOS and total FOS protein in stimulated cells.
