Anti-Fos B (S23) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the Fos B protein, with specificity for the S23 epitope. The reagent is unconjugated and raised in rabbit. It is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of human Fos B, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of FosB protein. It is supplied at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 35 kDa.
