Description
Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research applications, this polyclonal reagent targets folate receptor 3 (FOLR3). The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.
Specificity has been demonstrated for endogenous levels of FOLR3 protein. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human FOLR3. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, with an observed molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa. Purification is by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
