Anti-FMIP (E602) Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a polyclonal reagent, this rabbit-derived IgG antibody targets the FMIP (E602) epitope within THOC5 (also known as C22orf19, fSAP79, KIAA0983 or PK1.3), and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 570–624 of human FMIP, and the reagent is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography to a purity greater than 95% by SDS‑PAGE. The antibody cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of research models, and recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1000 for Western blotting and 1:50–1:200 for immunohistochemistry. For long-term stability the vial should be stored at −20 °C, while short-term storage and frequent use is conveniently performed at 4 °C for up to one month, provided that repeated freeze–thaw cycles are avoided.
