Anti-Flt3 (phospho-Y591) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a rabbit polyclonal antibody, this reagent specifically recognises Flt3 only when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 591. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Flt3 surrounding the Tyr591 phosphorylation site, and the antibody has been shown to detect endogenous levels of FLT3 protein under that phosphorylation condition.

Affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, the preparation exceeds 95% purity as determined by SDS-PAGE, with the target migrating at approximately 117 kDa. The unconjugated antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been validated for immunohistochemistry on human samples.
