Anti-Flt3 (phospho-Y591) Antibody

Phospho-specific polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against the Flt3 receptor tyrosine kinase, selectively recognizing the Y591 autophosphorylation site. Flt3 is a class III receptor tyrosine kinase with a central role in hematopoietic progenitor proliferation and is among the most frequently mutated genes in acute myeloid leukemia. Phosphorylation at Y591 lies within the kinase domain and acts as a readout of receptor activation that can be visualized in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded specimens, supporting studies of leukemic and normal hematopoietic cell populations.

The unconjugated antibody is provided as a 100 µl vial and can be paired with standard HRP- or alkaline phosphatase-based detection chemistries within routine immunohistochemistry workflows.
