Anti-FLT3 (phospho Y589 + Y591) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent for research use. The antibody targets the phospho Tyr589 + Tyr591 modified form of Flt3/CD135, raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide surrounding Y589 and Y591 of human FLT3 (NP_004110.2) with immunogen sequence EYFYV. It is unconjugated and reactive with human samples.

Validated for Western blot (WB) applications with a recommended dilution range of 1:100–1:500, the reagent detects a target at approximately 160 kDa. It is supplied as an affinity-purified liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300; concentration is reported as lot specific.
