Anti-Flt3-L Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Fms-related tyrosine kinase 3 ligand (FLT3LG / Flt3-L), a type I transmembrane cytokine that is cleaved into a soluble growth factor stimulating hematopoietic progenitors and dendritic cell development. The reagent is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation in 50 µl format at 1 mg/mL, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and is intended for Western blot and ELISA work on human samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Flt3-L, and the polyclonal antibody is purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2000 and ELISA 1:20000, and the vial should be stored aliquoted at –20 °C (with short-term storage at 2–8 °C) to preserve activity across multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
