Anti-Flt3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this unconjugated polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is designed to detect endogenous levels of Flt3 protein. The antibody was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Flt3, and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, and has been confirmed to react with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of this receptor tyrosine kinase. The product is shipped on cold packs at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve antibody activity.
