Anti-Flt3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit-derived polyclonal reagent targets Flt3 and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid aliquot at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthetic peptide derived from human Flt3 around the non-phosphorylation site of Y599), and it detects endogenous levels of the Flt3 protein in both human and mouse samples. It is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, formulated in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide for straightforward handling in standard immunoassays. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA workflows, making it well suited to studies of receptor tyrosine kinase signalling in haematopoietic and leukaemia-related research. For best stability, it should be stored at −20 °C, where it remains viable for up to one year, and under these conditions the preparation is ready to use directly in blotting or plate-based detection protocols.
