Anti-FLT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting VEGF Receptor 1 (FLT1), validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 20–300 of human VEGFR1 (NP_001153392.1). It is purified by affinity chromatography and supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The manufacturer reports a molecular weight of 151 kDa.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
