Anti-Flt 3 Antibody

The Antibodies.com Anti-Flt 3 polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and specifically recognizes the FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3 (Flt-3, also called CD135 or Flk-2) receptor, a class III receptor tyrosine kinase that plays a central role in early hematopoiesis and is expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor populations, common dendritic cell precursors, and on a subset of acute myeloid leukemia blasts. Validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry on mouse samples, this unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a 100 µg liquid preparation and is commonly used to characterize Flt-3 signaling, track progenitor populations in bone marrow, and study FLT3 internal tandem duplication and tyrosine kinase domain mutations relevant to AML biology and inhibitor response.
