Anti-Flt-1 (Phospho-Tyr1333) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Flt-1 phosphorylated at tyrosine 1333 is available from Antibodies.com. The reagent was generated in rabbit and is supplied in unconjugated form. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications, and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody was raised against a synthesized peptide derived from human Flt-1 around the phosphorylation site of Y1333, and specifically detects endogenous levels of Flt-1 protein only when phosphorylated at Y1333.

Supplied at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide, 0.5% BSA and 50% glycerol, the reagent has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
