Anti-FLOT2 Antibody

Primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against FLOT2 (flotillin-2), a conserved membrane-associated protein that localizes to lipid raft microdomains and participates in clathrin-independent endocytosis, vesicle trafficking, and receptor signaling at the plasma membrane. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a stabilizing cryoprotectant, and is supplied as a 100 µl aliquot suitable for multiple blotting and staining experiments.

It has been validated for Western blot detection across human, mouse, and rat samples, making it useful for cross-species comparative studies of membrane biology, as well as for immunohistochemistry on tissue sections to localize flotillin-2 expression in epithelial, neuronal, and immune cell populations.
