Anti-FLOT1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Flotillin 1, available from Antibodies.com. This unconjugated IgG antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is KO validated.

The reagent has been validated for Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence and Immunoprecipitation. It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 155–427 of human Flotillin 1 (NP_005794.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:100–1:500, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200 and IP 1:500–1:1,000.
