Anti-FLNB Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1686–1785 of human FLNB (NP_001157789.1). Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:20–1:100 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 298 kDa. The reagent is provided at a lot-specific concentration and is affinity purified.

The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
