Anti-Flk-1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Flk-1 (also known as VEGFR-2/KDR), generated using a synthesized peptide derived from the human Flk-1 sequence around the non-phosphorylation site of tyrosine 1059. The antibody is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. It is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of Flk-1 in samples from human, mouse and rat, supporting a broad range of cell and tissue studies. Validated applications include ELISA and Western blot (WB), making it well suited for quantitative immunoassays and immunoblotting of the receptor tyrosine kinase. For best results, the vial is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
