From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FLIP (H204) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 171–200 of human FLIP as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of FLIP protein. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The target protein migrates at approximately 55 kDa. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
