Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against FLIP and is reactive with mouse samples. Produced in rabbit and supplied unconjugated, the reagent is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) applications.
The immunogen is a peptide corresponding to amino acids 449 to 465 of mouse FLIPL / CASHa. Specificity data show that the antibody recognises the long form of FLIP (FLIPL) only and does not recognise the short form (FLIPS).
The antibody is DEAE purified and supplied in phosphate-buffered saline with 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
