Anti-Flightless I Antibody

A rabbit-derived primary reagent for investigating human Flightless I (FLII), a gelsolin-superfamily actin-remodeling protein and transcriptional co-regulator involved in cytoskeletal organization, cell adhesion, migration, and nuclear receptor-regulated transcription. Researchers can use it to study FLII abundance or localization in human cell models, including cancer biology, wound-healing, tissue remodeling, and cell-signaling research.

The 100 µl, unconjugated polyclonal antibody is reported for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). In Western blot, it can detect FLII in human-derived lysates after protein separation and transfer, supporting comparisons following gene knockdown, pathway perturbation, or other experimental treatments. In immunofluorescence, it can be paired with an appropriate labeled anti-rabbit secondary antibody to examine the intracellular distribution of FLII in fixed human cells.
