Anti-FLI1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies catalogue, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against Friend Leukemia Integration 1 (FLI1), a transcription factor of the ETS family. The antibody is supplied at the 50 µl pack size as an unconjugated, liquid formulation at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, presented as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4 with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human FLI1, and the antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total FLI1 protein. Validated applications include Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and the reagent has been confirmed to cross-react with Human and Mouse samples, making it suitable for studies in both standard cell-line work and murine tissue models. For handling, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
